I first trained through Lisa Powers in a more Western approach to Reiki, and I am now deepening my practice through in-person studies in traditional Japanese Reiki at Simply Reiki in Zurich. This blend of teachings allows me to offer both a grounded and intuitive approach, rooted in the ancient origins of Reiki while honoring its modern applications. Alongside my Reiki work, I am also studying nursing, which strengthens my understanding of both the energetic and physical aspects of healing.

I specialize in supporting those navigating fear, emotional blocks, long-term trauma, and challenges that prevent energy from flowing freely. I usually recommend beginning with an initial session which includes a personalized assessment followed by an aura and chakra cleansing. From there, I suggest deciding which session to do next based on your specific needs. My fear-based packages come in a set of five shorter sessions.

My Approach & Values

Reiki Energy is available to everyone at any time. By means of a hands-on-healing technique, the “Universal Life Force” or Reiki Energy is chanelled in order to allow the energy to flow freely in the body-mind. I usually begin by opening up the chakras- the energy centers. Once these are balanced, the body-mind is receptive enough to allow natural energy healing. This may take anything from one to a number of sessions, depending on your needs. Thereafter I usually transition over to the Traditional Japanese technique for treatment.

I believe that the mind is powerful. When Reiki Energy flows freely in our mind-body, this brings about changes not only in our physical bodies and general health, but in the quality of our day-to-day lives.
